2019 Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes:
2019 was a great year for Cabernet Sauvignon in the Napa Valley and no doubt it shows!  Aromatics of currants, black cherry, and coffee cake make you dive right in.  The second it hits your lips (and tongue) you think of a fine sarsaparilla with a hint of cherry, no need to mask the incredible flavors with oak, just a hint is perfect.  Jumping into the second sip will delight you in tannins that are linear and essential for standing up to your favorite grilled meats, veggies, and time in your cellar.
