2021 was a great year for Sonoma Chardonnay and this is abundantly clear the instant you pop the cork. Citrus blossom, white peach, and a waft of fresh croissant get your mouth watering. Looking like a yellow moon in the glass, this wine has an ethereal feel all around. Anything but delicate; reminiscent of sliced Pink Pearl apple with a dip of caramel, and a sprinkle of Maldon salt. Perfect acidity and a long a clean finish forces you to keep the bottle close by. This vintage is going to fly off the shelves!

9 months on 10% new French Oak and 50% underwent malolactic fermentation
